I became dissatisfied and frustrated with the major kitchen companies due to lack of customer care and planning foresight. 

My idea is that having a kitchen designed and fitted by an experienced professional means that you avoid a lot of unforeseen problems when it comes to the the fitting – whether that’s by us or any other joiner . I’m always available for help and support for whoever is fitting the kitchen.

Kitchen designers working for the big companies generally have no fitting experience. Not having to deal with one of the huge faceless companies means that if there are any queries or issues then they are resolved directly and quickly.
